کابل ټکی کام ته یو ایمیل رسیدلی ده چې پکې دعوه شوې د یو شمېر افغانانو له لوري د امریکا منتخب ولسمشر ټرمپ ته د کوم امریکايي سفارت له لارې لیک استول شوی.

ایمیل کې لیکل شوي چې د افغانستان د ولس په نمائنده ګۍ د پوهنتونونو استادانو او محصلینو، د مدرسو مدرسینو او طالبانو، قومي مشرانو او مخورو د هېواد په هر ولایت کې کوچنۍ غونډې کړي دي تر څو د تېرې جنورۍ په شلمه د امریکا ولسمشر ډونلډټرمپ ته یو لیک واستوي او د افغانستان په هکله يې له حقایقو خبر کړي اوپه پالیسي جوړولو کې تر پخوانیو دوو امریکايي ولسمشرانو زیات هوښیار او متوجه واوسي.

د یو لړ مهمو غونډو وروسته شریکوالو د ولایت په سر یو نماینده ټاکلی وو او د هیواد په کچه یې یوه غونډه رابللې وه چې ټولو په ګډه یو لیک تیار او د امریکا ولسمشر ټرمپ ته یې د امریکا د کوم سفارت له لارې استولی ده، خو یادو غونډو رسمي بڼې نه درلودې او نه یې کومې رسنۍ لاتراوسه په اړه کوم راپور خپور کړی ، ویل شوي دي چې د کلیو په جوماتونو کې د ولس نماینده ګان سره راټول شوي وو.

په لیک کې له ټرمپ څخه غوښتل شوي دي چې څومره ژر کولای شي له افغانستان څخه دې خپل فوځونه وباسي او پکې هیله څرګنده شوې ده چې نوموړی دې د بش او اوباما برخلاف په جنګ باور نه کوي او نوموړي ته پکار ده چې د ښکیلو درواغجنو رسنیو او  فوځي مشرانو په وینا دوکه نشي او افغانان دې پرېږدي چې پخپله د خپلو مشکلاتو لپاره یوه مناسب حل لاره پیدا او د جرګو له لارې خپل مسایل وڅېړي.

په لیک کې نړیوالو ته ډاډ ورکړل شوی ده چې د بهرنیو فوځیانو له وتلو وروسته به افغانان یوه سالمه، مقتدره او اسلامي اداره رامنځ ته کوي او هېڅوک به پرېنږدي چې د افغانستان خاوره د بل کوم هېواد په خلاف استعمال کړي.

لیک ټرمپ ته خبرداری ورکوي چې د افغانستان اشغال دې پای ته ورسوي کنه نو له افغانستان څخه د تابوتونو ماسېوا بل څه لاس ته نشي ورتلای او جګړه د دواړو ملتونوپه تاوان ده.

په دې لیک کې روان مقاومت سپېڅلی یاد شوی ده او زیاته شوې ده چې روانه جګړه د اشغال پر وړاندې د ملت  مقاومت دی، او ګټونکی به هم ملت وي.

څو ورځې وړاندې طالبانو هم دې ته ډېر ورته یو لیک د امریکا د ولسمشر ټرمپ په نامه خپور کړ چې په نړیوالو رسنیو کې پرې تاوده بحثونه وشول خو د ټرمپ له لوري هغه لیک ته هم لا تراوسه کوم مثبت یا منفي جواب نه دی ورکړل شوی.

دغه لیک په انګلیسي ژبه لیکل شوی ده او پښتو ژباړه یې هم مونږ ته رسیدلې ده چې مونږ به کوښښ وکړو له تاسو سره ددې لیک پښتو او انګلیسې بشپړ متن شریک کړو.

An open letter from the Mujahid and Brave nation of Afghanistan to the newly elected President of United States of America, Donald Trump!

السلام علی من التبع الهدی

قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ تَعَالَوْا إِلَى كَلِمَةٍ سَوَاءٍ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ أَلَّا نَعْبُدَ إِلَّا اللَّهَ وَلَا نُشْرِكَ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا يَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضًا أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَقُولُوا اشْهَدُوا بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ ﴿۶۴﴾

يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لِمَ تَلْبِسُونَ الْحَقَّ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَتَكْتُمُونَ الْحَقَّ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ﴿۷۱﴾

 

Indeed, it must be an honor for you and for your party that you have been elected the president of the world’s wealthiest and one of the most powerful military countries; the United States of America, but on the other hand, this mandate will demand you certain important and serious challenges, responsibilities and decisions regarding political and strategic status of the Muslim world, especially of Afghanistan, where US-led forces had occupied a sovereign state.

The Afghan people never ever attacked any other sovereign country, yet history reveals they never tolerated foreign aggression on their motherland. The Afghans have always defeated occupying forces, right from Alexander the Great to the modern era.

After the war against Genghis Khan and Anglo, until the jihad against the Russian and then the ongoing organized resistance against the US-led foreign forces are the best examples.

In this illogical war imposed upon us, our people suffered heavy losses. Our national wealth and resources were destroyed and ruthlessly plundered.

Our poor people, including women and children and elders were inhumanly killed by using all type of lethal arms against them, without telling them their crime.

Now we have more orphans, widows and handicapped people and all of them were targeted inside their own houses and villages.

As there seems no end of this war imposed on us, it continues to take lives of innocent people damage their properties, and snatch them the right of living in their own country.

The nonstop raids, conducted day and night by the foreign forces on our houses of civilians in the name of suspected militants, have made our lives miserable. We don’t have any rights to claim. There is no place to go and record our complaint. There is a dark night and the human life has no value. Right from houses to markets and mosques, the foreign forces targeted each and every place in Afghanistan and killed civilians.

Like Russians, Americans and its allies suffered heavy human and economic losses in this so-called war against terror in Afghanistan.‎

Thousands of Nato and US soldiers had so far become victims of this unending war in Afghanistan.

Beside this, majority of the foreign troops their tenure had developed serious psychological disorders as almost of them had been involved in inhuman practices in Afghanistan and ruthlessly tortured to death thousands of innocent Afghans.

Since the US invasion of Afghanistan,the United States lost one trillion dollars in this illogical war and its expenses are increasing with the passage of time but achieved nothing.

We believe the US will get nothing of this war and one day they will have leave our country but it would be too late for you then.

This conflict has led the longest war in the history of America – surpassing even the Vietnam War.

The war entered its 16th year, with more than 130,000 American and Nato troops deployed in different parts of the country to terrorize innocent Afghans.

The history says the last U.S. ground combat soldiers were taken home from Vietnam after 103 months of fighting.

You may know the Taliban in Afghanistan are in control of more territory in Afghan than before when US invaded our country in the name of eliminating terrorism.

Hope you know that none of the occupying foreign troops can dare visit the countryside because they know they would be perished at the hands of Taliban militants.

 The only place in the entire country that is considered to be under control of US and its allies is the capital city Kabul.

However, even within Kabul, foreigner troops and government officials always resort to helicopters to get from one section of Kabul to another for fear of getting killed in cars or armored vehicles.

This war was imposed on us as a result of an incident in the US in which not a single Afghan had any involvement but we were punished for the crime that we had not committed.

Almost 250000 Afghans had brutally been killed and injured so far at the hands of foreign troops.

Besides the widows and orphans, more than two million people had to displace within the country due to war and bombing.

They are living in inhuman condition with having no access to the basic services of life.

Therefore, we believe, your every single decision is vital for the Afghan nation and to the people of America, and also to the material and spiritual dignity, sovereignty, and economy of your country.

This war was started with extreme power and craze by George W. Bush.

He used to say America was running that war against terrorism, and would never get tired of it.

 But soon we witnessed his successor, President Obama, who confessed that it was not America’s responsibility to run this war, and they were tired, and their nation could not tolerate running such tiring and long war.

Mr. Donald Trump, now the ball is in your court.

It’s up to you, how do you want to prove yourself different from your predecessors.

We would like to learn whether you believe in the war or prefer peace.

Soon after 9/11, the Bush administration launched this war under the propaganda slogan (war on terror) which worldwide has caused disrespect to the US and its people as people knew neither the Afghan people were not involved nor the attack was planned in Afghanistan.

By establishing the infamous Guantanamo prison, bombardment on Helmand, Kunduz, Shawali Kot, Tora Bora, Marja and on many more villages of Afghanistan proved your slogan of respecting ‘human rights, humanitarian, and democracy’ false.

Furthermore, the struggles of America for democracy and good governance, campaign against opium production, and the slogans of all moral values came under question.

In Afghanistan, the war lords who were involved in civil war; and moreover, you used to call them violators of human rights and war criminals, have been brought into power and with US support, they are ruling the nation.

They misguided you regarding Afghanistan until they remain in power and get survived.

You ought not to be deceived by your military generals and the media outlets’ analysis and reports.

They have been misleading you and your nation about the war in Afghanistan for almost 15 years only to sustain their military positions and their own advantages.

An evident example of one-sided broadcasting of your media is your own selection as president of the United States of America.

All the analysis reports used to claim your opponent Hilary Clinton would be the upcoming selection of your country but the nation’s decision proved all their false pretences.

And the fact that war was begun by America; you have a major responsibility in peace reconciliation process to take forward.

The American nation is requested not to prolong the war against the oppressed people of war-torn Afghanistan; the war is not good for both the nations and if it continues, both of us would pay for it.

Devastated by decades of wars, the Afghan nation would like to see an end of this war and US invasion of their country and would wish an everlasting peace to be prevailed in their motherland.

And we, the Afghan people, are ready to guarantee the whole world that our nation would never let their soil be used against any sovereign state and nation of the world.

We have a lot of problems inside our country. Our wounds need to be cured, and we do not want to make our country be the battleground of proxy war.

Our last demand from you is to withdraw your troops from our country as soon as possible.

We have had the open door for peace negotiation since the beginning of the problems.

First we have requested President Bill Clinton to find a suitable negotiable solution to the problems that America had gotten with Afghanistan.

But instead of a positive answer, he pounded Khost and Nangarhar provinces in Afghanistan and to come true, this cruel attack was only for the purpose to withdraw the attention of the American nation from his ongoing case sex scandal with Monica Lewinsky.

Then we approached the Bush administration and were willing to discuss the issue of Bin Laden if they were able to present proof or evidence that Bin Laden was responsible in 9/11.

But President Bush declined our offer, and took America into war. After surviving a military coup, Turkey’s embattled President Recep Tayyip Erdogan demanded the U.S. hand over the man was responsible for the putsch.

But Washington demanded proof for the involvement of Gulen in the coup. We wish America had used this strategy when they got problem with Afghanistan over Osama Bin Laden.

Our nation is more interested in peace talks and negotiation than you are, our countrymen trust Jirga and negotiations, and these all can be accomplished in trustworthy and reliable atmosphere.

The continuation of war and existence of your soldier in our country will never encourage peace process in Afghanistan.

Our nation still prefers negotiation and talks to peaceful solution of this conflict.

As soon as America ends invasion of our country; automatically, a reliable, solid and a dependable government will come into existence, this corrupt and disreputable administration will be removed.

When Russian invaded Afghanistan, the Afghan nation requested their leaders the same offers.

But the post-Soviet Union did not accept these sensible and reasonable offers.

And eventually, the Russian forces faced colossal and shameful defeat and left Afghanistan without any success.

But still after withdrawal of their forces from Afghanistan they hadn’t stopped supporting Kabul’s stooge regime of that time.

Finally Dr. Najib administration was overthrown from Kabul.

The current regime of Kabul is weaker than Dr. Najibullah’s government of that time. You will not accomplish your goals with supporting such a weak government.

If Afghans are given the chance of solving their own problems, they will soon quit the war and will take the path of reconciliation and negotiation instead.

If the issue of Afghanistan could be solved by force, then Sha Shu Jah, Tarakai, Amin, and Dr. Najeeb’s regimes wouldn’t collapsed.

The USA removed the Islamic Emarat of Afghanistan by force and invaded the country; despite the fact that Taliban were ridden out of the Kabul City their government was destroyed but you were the witnesses that their struggles and achievements astounded the world with the help of their nation.

The President of USA! We would like to draw your attention to this point, that the bombardment, killing, and clashes cannot solve the issue but it turns them to more complicated situations.

The circumstances of last 15 years have proved that the policy of Bush and Obama had had nothing for Afghans and for your country except for the killing, pain and destruction.

Because of them not only Afghanistan and the region but the whole world has no stability.

We advise your new administration to process all the issues carefully and make the strategy based on facts and realities, via which not only the current challenges and problems would be solved but also the dignity and reputation of USA would be restored.
